Descrizione di prodotto
Product Description:
The JHWB-1320 boasts outstanding flow and dispersion properties, allowing it to seamlessly merge and absorb sludge in a timely manner. The resulting cationic floccules efficiently bridge the spaces among fresh fibers. This process enhances the consistency and filtration efficiency of the paper, decreases impurities, minimizes the concentration of white water, prolongs the longevity of the felt, and eases the environmental burden of sewage treatment.
This product is suitable for various paper types such as corrugated paper, boxboard paper, and cardstock paper. Its versatility makes it a valuable addition in enhancing paper quality and production processes.
Technical Parameters:
Appearance: White to light yellow emulsion
Solid content (%): 40.0 ± 1.0
PH: 5.0 - 8.0
Viscosity (25℃, cps): ≤1000
Ionic type: Cation
Shelf life: 6 months
Applications:
To add sludge, it is recommended to dilute it with a metering pump and continuously inject it after the sludge injection pump. The initial dosage should be within the range of 0.2-0.8 kg/T of paper. This dosage can be adjusted gradually based on the variations in sludge concentration and performance indicators.
The best location for adding sludge is either before the slurry mixer or at the inlet of the slurry pump. This ensures effective mixing and distribution of the sludge within the paper-making process.
The ideal range for sludge addition is between 10 to 50 kg per ton of paper produced. This range is considered optimal for achieving the desired results while minimizing any adverse effects on the paper production process.
